The Amaryllis

I have been a bit behind with my blog posting. 

I was miserably sick last weekend. 

School started last week. 

Work kicked my tail last week.

Last week was also my roommate's last week in town. 

Oh yeah, and I was cranky.

I have fallen behind with my post about my amaryllis!

I'm hoping to somehow continue balancing working full-time, homework, designing "part-time" {3 wedding packages this Spring!} and maintaining regular blog posts. Wish me luck!

The Amaryllis

My roommate and I planted an Amaryllis. 

{week one}

The blooms are supposed to be pink and should be ready by Valentine's Day!

The last amaryllis that I planted never bloomed or grew. Probably a "pun" considering who gave it to me. :)

I'll post weekly updates, so check back to see this pretty flower grow. {crossing my fingers I have good results this time}
